“Which one of you would consider moving all the way to Asia to be with the one they love?”
A collective “aww!” echoed throughout the reception hall as Lauren and Jared both raised Lauren’s shoe high in the air.
Lauren and Jared’s relationship is one that has stretched across the entire world, from St. Louis to California, Fort Leonard Wood, and now Japan.
Because Jared is in the military, they have had the opportunity for some amazing adventures together, including visits to California and Japan and road trips to and from Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri where they could catch up about the past week on the long drive.
After months of long distance, Lauren and Jared tied the knot this past Saturday at the Jewel Box in Forest Park. Sunlight and the sounds of a string quartet filled the green house as Lauren walked down the aisle toward the man of her dreams. The vows were said and the rings exchanged and Lauren and Jared were married! 🙂
After the ceremony, we headed to Busch Stadium, the CityGarden, and the flood wall for portraits! The reception was held at the Saint Louis Police Officer’s Association where we all ate good food (BBQ!!) and danced the night away!
The evening ended in a sparkler exit from their bridal party for Lauren and Jared, making the hashtag #thatclarkspark officially official! (As if the sparklers on the CAKE didn’t do that already!)
Lauren and Jared, thank you so much for choosing me as your wedding photographer! Your day was absolutely gorgeous in every way possible, yet still paled in comparison to the love you share for one another! I hope y’all are having the best time in Miami this week and I wish you the best in your future, wherever it may take you! 🙂
